Gabrielle M. Kotoski, RN, President of Medical Communications Management Group in Albuquerque, NM, is one of the nation's leading authorities on CPT^® coding and insurer/third-party payer reimbursement. She has worked with physician, facility, payer, legal and corporate clients throughout the mainland United States, Hawaii, and Guam, including small physician practices, large multi-specialty clinics and university faculty groups as well as IPAs, managed care plans, the Blues, and Medicare. She is recognized nationally for her expertise in clinical coding and reporting of professional and outpatient/ambulatory procedural services for optimal, appropriate payment.

In addition to CPT^® Coding Made Easy, she is the author of Coding Answers for Optimal Physician Payment and co-author of Physician Documentation for Reimbursement. She is also co-author of The Claims Examiner Manual: Coding and Payment Guidelines.
